Lou DeSisto has been part of the Griffin family for the
last 22 years. Currently he is the Technical Support
Director and has account responsibility. Lou grew up in a
family run greenhouse, nursery and landscaping business
in Barrington R.I. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from
the University of Rhode Island in the department of Plant and Soil Science.
After graduating he worked as a grower at a wholesale holiday plant producer on Long Island, New York. He moved to Massachusetts and worked as
head grower at a large greenhouse operation which specialized in geranium propagation and production.
Since joining Griffin he has performed many jobs including road salesman, product specialist, and sales manager.
During this time Lou has acquired an extensive knowledge of Griffin's product lines, helping him serve both
growers and sales staff.
